principle 1 , DRAWING

Drawing is important when communicating visually as for me it helps let out ideas and thoughts that otherwise can't be expressed through words.'A drawing can provide information on developmental, emotional, and cognitive functioning, hasten expression of hidden traumas, and convey ambiguous or contradictory feelings and perceptions'.  when I draw my thoughts come together and I feel like my ideas can be understood in a different way because as everyone knows a picture is worth a 1000 words .When I was younger drawing was used as a playtime to amuse myself at restaurants or when I was bored, but now that I am older a drawing expresses a different language containing hidden meanings that can be deciphered in millions of ways and I find that fact interesting as no matter where you are from in the world a drawing can be understood by everyone. I am not an amazing artist but I still enjoy doodling pictures and ideas onto paper, it is something that is done regularly and subconsciously by me . My recent photography journals don't just contain photographs but also small sketches and designs as to what I want to create, these small features are what inspire my ideas and final outcomes of the project. Most people like me in the world need a drawing to guide them as they have trouble translating written concepts. Drawing ideas and thoughts will be a main part for my group magazine as they are stepping stones for progressing the ideas received.
